To offer lowest price possible, we are trying to avoid separate trips to estimate.

Please provide details like dimensions and pictures if you want a rough estimate.

• Painting labor: $200/day, you pay materials separately.
  You pay minimum one day labor.
• Yard work (mow, cleanup, trim, mulch, pinestraw, plant, small tree cut...):
  
  • Durham: Minimum $35 per trip, $30/hour from second hour onwards.
  • Chapel Hill: Min $45 per trip, $30/hour from second hour onwards.
  • Cary: Min $65 per trip, $30/hour from second hour onwards.
• Tree cutting:
  Need picture or visit to estimate.
• Gutter clean 1 story house:
  
  • Durham: $45.
  • Chapel Hill: $55.
  • Cary: $65.
• Gutter clean 2 story house:
  
  • Durham: $65.
  • Chapel Hill: $75.
  • Cary: $85.
• House cleaning: depending on what you want us to clean, how many bathrooms, refrigerators, garages, basement. Whether do loundry or not ....
• Meals preparation: negotiated on an individual basis
